In 2016, Katie joined the company her parents, John and Virginia, started in honor of her brother, Thomas. Katie’s personal experience and professional acumen provide her the expertise to lead teams from Council Bluffs, Iowa, to Kearney, Nebraska. With a degree in accounting from Regis University, she shapes strategies that drive growth, foster community connections and ensure that her team of experts meets the evolving needs of the people they serve. Katie blends leadership with people-centered values to make a meaningful impact on the lives of families and, ultimately, the broader community.

Every decision he makes is grounded in our mission to provide ethical, high-quality service with a personal touch. Nic was drawn to this work because every interaction—whether with a client or patient, caregiver or colleague—has the power to create lasting impact through compassion and authenticity.

She holds a double Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising and Public Relations, along with a Minor in Business from the University of St. Thomas. In her role, Amanda develops strategies to drive growth, establish and nurture relationships within the community, and ensure that our clients and caregivers have the resources they need. With over five years of experience in the healthcare industry, including work in hospital settings and the imaging sector, Amanda brings valuable expertise in marketing, communications and branding, offering a creative and strategic perspective.
